This bit is particularly good for lighter riders who find they are controlling bigger horses or strong enthusiastic equines that are keen to get on with everything. The bit has a good level of tongue relief for horses that object to tongue pressure, and the is the added benefit of the curb chain option. Brings pressure onto the mouth poll and lower jaw. Curb chain limits the leverage effect on the poll and acts on the lower jaw. Variable rein options to adjust the leverage effect on the poll. Suitable for strong horses. Bit guards protect the lips.
