Disinfects on contact and then evaporates meaning no physical drying of the hands is necessary. ADDED EMOLIENTS Replace lost natural skin oils to negate the drying effect of an alcohol-based product. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Apply approximately 3mL of PrimeSafe Alcohol Hand Rub onto visibly clean hands and rub all over the surfaces of the hands and wrists until dry. Do not rinse off.
