Shari Michealis
I am one of the original Tack n Togs Ambassadors, having started with them in 2013.
I have competed successfully in the open classes, having jumped my first 1.50m class in 2014, with my wonderful Tack n Togs Aristoteles. My biggest achievements being winning the SA Junior Championship and the SA Young Rider Outdoor GP with Ari and placing in the Revil World Cup Qualifier class in 2017 with Tack n Togs Cupidor, as well as other wins in 1.40m & 1.45m classes with Cupi. Cupi’s last big win before he retired was the 1.35m Championship at Easter Show 2021 and I also won the 1.20m Championship at the Reonet World Cup show on Collado’s Christie. Cupi and I also had a fantastic year in 2021 before he retired, winning a class at almost every show we competed in.I have recently acquired Ultimo WC, who was jumping in the 1.50m classes with Lara Neill.
I am coached by Barry Taylor at Farnham stables.
My goals for 2023 are to start jumping Ultimo successfully in 1.50m classes and jump in the World Cup Qualifiers as well as the 1.50m Adult SA Championship. And for Christie to be winning and jumping well in the 1.30m classes.
I am so thankful for Tack n Togs’s unwavering support throughout the many years I have been part of their team and can’t wait for many more in the future!
